Everyone goes through periods in their life where they could do with some extra support and knowing where to begin can sometimes be challenging.
The way that I work comes from extensive study and research into the fields of therapy and emotional intelligence and my intention is always for my clients to experience long term and sustainable wellbeing and peace of mind.
The process begins by creating a space in which you are able to relax and feel comfortable. For some people this means being able to talk uninterruptedly and for other people it means a calm and peaceful place to slow down and listen.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic disciplines including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Transformative Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Hypnotherapy will help to bring about therapeutic changes in you. It is a very effective way to make positive, lasting changes. It can be used to treat a number of specific issues as well as make broad improvements to your life.Whether for personal goals such as giving up smoking or for relationship difficulties or to treat the psychological component of diseases like chronic fatigue syndrome, hypnotherapy is a fast, effective treatment.
Neuro Linguistic Programming
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) changes the way you process and communicate information. Negative ways of communicating with yourself and others are replaced with more positive techniques, which allows your behaviour to change at a fundamental level. NLP also explores what makes someone's version of the world different from anyone else's. Where those differences are beneficial, other people can learn from the way you do what you do. Sometimes, those differences are disadvantageous, and NLP has tools to assist more effective performance. For instance, think about something you can't do, something that you want to be able to do but at the moment don't think is possible. Notice how you represent that thought: does a picture come to mind or are you thinking something? Is there a voice associated with it? Is this yours or someone else's? And where does that voice seem to come from: behind you, or to the left or right? Using NLP, I will enable you to take more decisive actions, enhance your performance and allow you to achieve your goals.
